Job summary

The Roads and Transport Authority in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Project Portfolio Manager support role to assist in PPM/EPM governance, data maintenance and structured reporting of projects, budgets and benefits. This position collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and drive portfolio performance.

You will help maintain portfolio data in EPM/PPM systems, assist in evaluating proposals, and contribute to improving portfolio management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering required.
• 1+ years (master) or 2+ years (bachelor) of relevant experience.
• UAE nationality is required.

Responsibilities

• Support PPM/EPM framework implementation across RTA entities.
• Assist in evaluating project proposals and inputs for prioritization.
• Contribute to reviewing project information for alignment with objectives.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Maintain portfolio data within EPM/PPM systems.
• Develop templates and dashboards for portfolio monitoring.
• Support governance processes and training on portfolio management.
• Conduct site visits as required.
