Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer with over 5 years of experience in crafting, developing, and deploying top-tier Power Platform solutions for enterprises. The ideal candidate should excel in managing intricate app environments, overseeing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), and integrating with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-level Power Platform solutions.
• Create sophisticated Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps utilizing Dataverse and custom connectors.
• Design and execute Power Automate flows, incorporating HTTP, conditionals, and parallelism.
• Collaborate with Azure services (e.g., Functions, Service Bus) to enhance application capabilities.
• Construct and roll out solutions using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish governance, devise environment strategies, and oversee the application lifecycle across tenants.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code/design reviews.
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Proficient in handling complex scenarios requiring advanced customization.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform.
• Expertise in Dataverse, custom connectors, and Power Platform ALM.
• In-depth understanding of Azure integration (Functions, API Management, Logic Apps).
• Strong grasp of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure AD, and RBAC.
• Skilled in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment pipelines for Power Platform.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Power Pages, Power BI, and AI Builder.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Architect (PL-600).
• Experience in crafting solutions for large enterprise use cases.
