Job summary

Client of AIQU is seeking a skilled BI Developer in the UAE to design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and analytical reports aligned with business requirements. The role focuses on data-driven decision making across the organization in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, building data models, ETL processes, and ensuring data accuracy and performance. Strong stakeholder communication and a Bachelor’s degree are required for this on-site role in the

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.
• Bachelor or higher in CS/IS or related field.
• Proficiency with Power BI suite (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX).
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and ETL experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create and optimize data models, dataflows, and DAX calculations.
• Integrate data from multiple sources using ETL processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and performance tuning.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions, implementing enhancements as needed.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices.
• Document BI solutions, processes and technical specifications.
