Job summary

ADC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Technical Leader to guide poultry breeding, hatchery, broiler and layer production operations. You will develop and implement best practices to boost flock productivity, health and farm performance, and advise management on strategy and technology adoption.

The role requires 8–12 years of progressive poultry experience, with a focus on breeder, broiler or layer operations, and a track record of technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, or a related field.
• A master's degree or specialized certification in Poultry Production, Animal Nutrition, or Veterinary Science is preferred.
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in poultry production, breeding, hatchery operations, or commercial poultry farm management.
• Experience in breeder, broiler, or layer operations, with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Experience in developing production strategies and optimizing operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance on poultry breeding, hatchery, broiler, and layer production.
• Develop breeding, incubation, brooding, grow-out, and production management programs.
• Oversee biosecurity programs, vaccination, surveillance, and welfare compliance.
• Offer nutrition recommendations and optimize feed formulations.
• Analyze production data, develop SOPs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
