Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of cost management and post-contract experience in construction or project environments.
• Prior UAE construction experience is essential.
• MRICS/AIQS or equivalent accreditation preferred.
• Proven ability in cost analysis, budget forecasting, and financial interpretation.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data visualisation).
• Experience with cost management software, ERP, and PM tools.
• Knowledge of FIDIC standard form contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-contract services, interim applications, variation valuations, and EOT claims.
• Administer contract procedures per FIDIC and monitor costs and forecasts.
• Review invoices, change orders, and claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop cost forecasting models and identify overruns or savings.
• Negotiate final accounts with contractors and resolve disputes.
• Lead and mentor junior cost analysts on methodologies and best practices.
