Job summary

Wasl Group is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead the enterprise back-office transformation program in Dubai. The role focuses on Finance initiatives and governance across Procurement and HR domains, aligning digital, process, data, and technology efforts with business value.

You will bridge business and technology teams, drive portfolio planning, oversight, and executive reporting, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and compliance with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in IT/Finance/Business.
• 7–10 years of portfolio management and transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise back-office transformation portfolio roadmap.
• Lead portfolio planning, demand management, and prioritization for Finance initiatives.
• Ensure business cases, funding, benefits, and governance are in place.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across Finance, Procurement, and HR initiatives.
• Prepare executive dashboards and governance materials.
