Job summary

A leading military maintenance organization in the UAE is seeking a Senior Program Specialist to manage program schedules and ensure compliance with quality and safety policies. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in PMO/scheduling, preferably in the aerospace industry. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO/Scheduling preferably within the Aerospace Industry.
• Holding a program/project management professional certification is a plus.
• IELTS Band Score of 6.5.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective support for multiple programs/projects.
• Manage Integrated Master Schedule and Program Documentation.
• Track and monitor Special Projects and escalates issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
