The role leads PMO and project controls, guiding cost, schedule, risk and change management while building strong client relationships and driving performance reporting.

Qualifications

Relevant degree and progress toward chartership.
Proven experience in PMO and project controls delivery.
Strong knowledge of tools, techniques, and sector practices.
Effective communicator with analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.

Responsibilities

Leads PMO and project controls delivery across assigned commissions.
Provides expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk and change management.
Builds strong client relationships and drives performance reporting.
Aligns delivery with Mace control centre, mentoring teams and promoting sustainability.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
