Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a hands-on Project Management/Planning professional to lead grid software services projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget and maintaining high customer satisfaction across the portfolio.

The role will establish PMO standards, create dashboards and reports, and coordinate with stakeholders across diverse cultures. PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is preferred; fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering.
• 5 years of relevant experience in electrical network and SCADA EMS & DMS.
• Experience with the delivery of grid-based software/IT and connectivity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of PMO principles governance and portfolio management.
• Project Management certification (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Arabic and English language proficiency.
• Comfortable leading teams across diverse cultures and virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and execution of grid software projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage schedules, risks, contracts and budgets with clear reporting.
• Act as the key customer interface, presenting progress and managing expectations.
• Establish and manage PMO standards, templates, processes and tools.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and executive reports to track portfolio health.
• Facilitate project review and governance meetings with timely risk escalation.
• Support resource planning and portfolio tracking to optimize utilization.
• Ensure compliance with quality documentation and delivery standards.
