Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Specialist Rotating Engineer in Abu Dhabi to lead mechanical rotating equipment design and coordination with EPC Contractors and ADNOC standards. You will oversee technical reviews and ensure design integrity across multiple disciplines.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and at least 15 years in oil and gas, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver complex projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall Mechanical Rotating Engineering within IPMT.
• Review and approve work to ensure ADNOC standards compliance.
• Engage with EPC contractors and engineering consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to design options analysis and cost optimization.
• Participate in equipment sizing and standardization discussions.
• Ensure facilities comply with environment and health guidelines.
