Job summary

KBR-Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Package Manager - Distribution to oversee multiple Lots within a Water Transmission Scheme. The role covers pump stations, pipelines, valve houses and storage reservoirs, requiring strategic planning, resource management and monthly/quarterly reporting.

The candidate will coordinate with Client, supervision consultants and EPCs, ensure compliance with standards, and drive time, cost and quality targets across EPC operations in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of experience in large water distribution programmes, GCC region experience preferred.
• PMC experience in similar programmes (5+ years) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of assigned projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and regulators.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure safety, quality and collaboration.
