The successful candidate will lead cost planning, tracking, and reporting, and drive risk management while delivering timely, accurate cost information to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 12 years of experience in cost engineering.
• Proven experience on programmes of similar scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall program and package budgets; budgets are live documents.
• Track costs against approved budgets; include committed, incurred, forecast costs.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analysis with commentary.
