Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Lead HVAC Engineer to lead the design, engineering, and execution of complex HVAC systems for oil & gas facilities, ensuring ADNOC standards and international codes.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, perform heat load calculations, equipment sizing, and ensure timely delivery through all project phases. 15+ years in HVAC with lead experience preferred.

• Lead HVAC system design for control rooms, substations, telecom shelters, and buildings.
• Hazardous area ventilation systems.
• Promote HSE policies aligned with ADNOC guidelines.
• Review vendor documents and approve HVAC equipment submittals.
• Manage engineering deliverables, schedules, and manpower.
• Oversee HVAC system pre-commissioning and commissioning.
