Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Sr. Commissioning Manager for the UZ Islands to lead planning, execution and handover of all commissioning activities.

You will manage start-up, testing and integration with operations, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence across EPC onshore brownfield scopes. The role requires deep knowledge of oil & gas projects, coordinating FEED/EPC interfaces, supervising contractors, and delivering robust pre-commissioning and commissioning deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with at least 5 years in a similar role.
• PMC experience on EPC Onshore brownfield field production upgrade and modification projects is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage planning, execution and delivery of commissioning, start-up and handover activities for the UZ Islands project.
• Coordinate FEED/EPC contractor activities from construction through commissioning and handover to ensure progress and schedule.
• Review construction/installation plans and procedures to ensure constructability and alignment with EPC scope of work.
