Job summary

Sperton is seeking an experienced Plant Manager in the UAE to oversee RC Refinery, Glycol, Coolant, and Brake Fluid plants. The role requires strong leadership, refinery/process manufacturing knowledge, and a focus on reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.

The successful candidate will manage production planning, maintenance programs, and cross‑functional collaboration with Quality, HSE, and Engineering teams to optimize plant performance and deliver targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or process manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations across RC Refinery, Glycol, Coolant, and Brake Fluid plants.
• Plan and control production activities, resources, and budgets to hit targets.
• Direct maintenance strategies for rotary and static equipment and utilities.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations with ISO, HSE and regulatory standards.
• Lead projects, CAPEX, and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Develop KPI tracking for production, reliability, energy use, and costs.
