Qualifications

Job Description
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To provide functional support to the technical planning team and to ensure that the flydubai fleet is maintained in accordance with the approved maintenance programme.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitors the compilation and issuance of work packages for the flydubai fleet on a daily basis.
  • Monitors progress of ongoing maintenance activities and provides updates as required by planning teams.
  • Conducts audits of completed work packages and assists the Technical Records team in identifying and raising engineering errors.
  • Follows up and resolves any delays in the completion of work packages to ensure smooth completion.
  • Provides planning and production control/support as required, including the preparation of maintenance work packages and supporting data.
  • Oversees the delivery and recording of maintenance received work packages and ensures maintenance records are delivered to Technical Records for further processing.
  • Conducts audits and provides oversight to ensure that handover logs are adequately maintained in Aircraft Maintenance and Operational Support (AMOS).
  • Reviews and responds to assigned Technical Assistance Queries in AMOS.
  • Ensures that pick‑slips for preloading materials required for line maintenance work‑packages are raised on time.
  • Ensures the reporting back/closure of completed work packages and maintenance tasks are done correctly and on time. Ensures correct reasons for deferment are mentioned and that deferment reports are sent to Tech Planners for re‑planning each shift.
  • Ensures that check package findings are accurately recorded on task cards.
  • Reviews feedback forms received from line maintenance and provides updates to Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) Engineer and Team leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)

  • Demonstrates working knowledge of CAR‑M, CAR‑145, CDCCL & EWIS and critical maintenance tasks

  • Years with qualifications: 4 - 6 years

ISR REQUIREMENTS

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day‑to‑day business operations.
