Job summary

Loba Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Planning Manager with 10–15 years in project controls and planning for High-Speed Rail or mega linear infrastructure. You will lead master schedules across design, procurement, construction, testing, and handover, manage critical paths, and collaborate with JV partners and clients.

The role requires strength in Primavera P6 / TILOS, EVM, risk analysis, and interface management between civils, systems, and track works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Master’s or MBA is a distinct advantage.
• Professional scheduling certifications preferred (PMI-SP, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead baseline schedule development for master schedules (Level 1–5) and integration with WBS/CBS.
• Monitor progress, perform variance analysis, and manage critical/near-critical paths.
• Perform delay and claims analysis using Time Impact/As-Impacted methods.
• Mentor planning team; produce executive dashboards and KPI reports.
