Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Dubai is seeking a Senior Planner to lead planning and programme control for a large-scale construction programme. You will provide schedule intelligence, progress reports and risk visibility for timely decisions by the Project Director and client.

The role requires 10–15 years in project controls, expert Primavera P6, and strong reporting skills with MS Excel, MS Project and Power BI. On-site Dubai location with PMC standards and mentoring duties.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in project controls on large-scale construction programmes.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, including baselining, updating and critical path.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, MS Project and Power BI for reporting.
• Experience in progress reporting, KPI development and milestone monitoring.
• Risk register management and schedule risk analysis experience.
• Experience reviewing EOT claims under FIDIC or similar contracts.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and programme control for PMC on a large construction programme.
• Develop, review and maintain master programme and baselines in Primavera P6.
• Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards and KPI commentary.
• Track milestones, contractual dates and flag risks with actions.
• Support EOT reviews and documented delay analysis as needed.
• Mentor junior planners and ensure adherence to PMC standards.
