Job summary

KBR in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Construction Supervisor – Piping to lead onshore piping construction for a major oil & gas EPC program. You will supervise installation, erection, testing, and pre-commissioning, coordinating with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and QA/QC teams on the Abu Dhabi site.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years piping experience, 5+ years in a senior role, and familiarity with ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, or equivalent operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10–15 years piping construction in Oil & Gas
• At least 5 years in a senior supervisory role
• Experience with refineries, petrochemical, LNG, EPC projects
• NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise all piping installation and erection activities for onshore facilities.
• Coordinate piping construction with Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Commissioning teams.
• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure targets are met.
• Review work packs, schedules, and fabrication priorities; resolve site issues.
• Interface with vendors and technical specialists on piping systems and equipment connections.
• Ensure compliance with WPS/PQR, hydrotesting, and pre-commissioning requirements.
• Monitor HSE practices and promote a zero-incident safety culture.
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections, NCR closures, and documentation.
