We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist who will play a key role in enhancing patient recovery, mobility, and overall physical well-being at one of the esteemed medical centers in Abu Dhabi. Your advanced expertise in physiotherapy techniques, leadership in clinical practice, and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team are essential for delivering outstanding patient outcomes. This position is pivotal in supporting patients to regain independence, improve functional capacity, and achieve optimal quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement personalized physiotherapy programs tailored to patient needs.
  • Lead and supervise a team of physiotherapists and therapy assistants to ensure high standards of care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated treatment plans.
  • Utilize a range of manual therapy techniques, exercise programs, and modern rehabilitation equipment.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as required.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise regimens.
  • Stay updated with advancements in physiotherapy practices, technologies, and rehabilitation protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (Master’s preferred).
  • Valid certification or license to practice as a Physiotherapist.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
