Job summary

A leading international contractor in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Permit to Work Coordinator to manage high-risk activities in compliance with ADNOC Onshore standards. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, a background in safety or engineering, and is proficient in risk assessments and technical drawing interpretation. This role involves ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing detailed reports on PTW activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Permit to Work coordination, preferably within ADNOC Onshore projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Mandatory certifications include WMS; NEBOSH or IOSH considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance, monitoring, and closure of work permits.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on PTW activities.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and identify potential risks.
• Conduct and document Job Safety Analysis and Field Risk Assessments.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain and validate all certifications.
