Job summary

The role focuses on perfumes—bottles, caps, pumps, boxes, and all packaging components—working with fragrance houses and international suppliers to deliver premium, brand-aligned products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in perfume product development and packaging development is mandatory.
• Experience working with fragrance houses, packaging manufacturers, factories, and international suppliers.
• Strong ability to transform a creative idea into a commercially viable and manufacturable product.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative concepts for new perfume products.
• Develop packaging visuals aligning with brand identity.
• Select and develop bottles, caps, pumps, and packaging components.
• Coordinate with fragrance houses and suppliers.
• Review prototypes and manage revisions to final approval.
• Ensure packaging compatibility and quality across components.
• Balance creativity, cost, and manufacturability throughout development.
• Ensure final product reflects the approved concept and brand standards.
