Job summary
Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to design and implement strategies for load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing. You will develop and maintain scripts with NeoLoad, JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling, and analyze results to drive actionable improvements across web, API, and database layers.
You will collaborate with developers, operations, and architecture teams to embed performance testing early in the SDLC and CI/CD, ensuring performance gates and trend
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Systems Engineering, or Information Systems.
- ISTQB Foundation plus Advanced Test Analyst/Technical Test Analyst or ISTQB Performance Testing preferred.
- Tricentis NeoLoad certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive performance test strategies including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain robust performance test scripts using industry-standard tools to simulate realistic user behavior and system load.
- Analyze complex performance test results and identify bottlenecks across frontend, backend, database, and networking layers.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and architecture teams to integrate performance testing early in the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
