Job summary

Allocation Assist is seeking a Consultant Pediatric Radiologist in the UAE to lead diagnostic imaging for infants, children and adolescents. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary pediatric teams to support clinical decisions and deliver patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will have board certifications in Diagnostic and Pediatric Radiology, fellowship training, and extensive experience across ultrasound, MRI, CT and fluoroscopy.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Completion of an accredited Residency in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Fellowship or Subspecialty Certification in Pediatric Radiology from a recognized institution.
• Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology and Pediatric Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and report pediatric imaging studies across X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and fluoroscopy.
• Perform and supervise pediatric imaging procedures with emphasis on radiation safety.
• Conduct image-guided diagnostic and minimally invasive procedures where applicable.
• Collaborate with Pediatricians, Neonatologists, Pediatric Surgeons, Oncologists, Orthopedic Surgeons and other specialists.
• Provide timely consultation on complex pediatric imaging cases.
• Maintain high standards of image quality and patient safety; follow hospital protocols.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case discussions, and tumor boards.
• Maintain accurate radiology reports and medical documentation.
• Contribute to CME activities and quality improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor junior radiologists, residents, and radiographers.
