Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East has an exciting opening for a Consultant Pediatric Neurologist in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing and managing neurological disorders in children, guiding investigations, and coordinating multidisciplinary care in a top hospital environment.

You will lead epilepsy management, supervise neurophysiology assessments, and collaborate with pediatricians, neurosurgeons, and therapists to optimize outcomes for infants, children, and adolescents.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent with board certification in pediatric neurology.
• Minimum five years as a consultant pediatric neurologist at a tertiary/academic hospital.
• Expertise in epilepsy, neurodevelopmental disorders, and neurophysiology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage neurological disorders in children and adolescents.
• Conduct comprehensive neurological exams and review histories.
• Interpret EEG, MRI, CT, and other investigations.
• Develop individualized epilepsy management plans.
• Coordinate care with pediatric specialists and therapists.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations.
• Educate families about prognosis and treatment options.
• Contribute to research, teaching, and quality initiatives.
