Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant Pediatric Infectious Disease Specialist in Dubai, UAE. This role centers on expert diagnosis and management of complex infectious diseases in children while contributing to infection control programs and fostering academic growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years post-specialization experience including consultant-level practice.
• Eligibility for Department of Health Abu Dhabi Consultant licensure.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage pediatric infectious diseases including complex, recurrent, congenital, and immunocompromised host infections.
• Provide inpatient consultations for PICU, NICU, oncology, and general pediatrics.
• Guide antimicrobial therapy including advanced and targeted treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with infection control teams to develop and implement prevention policies.
• Mentor junior physicians, residents, and nursing staff.
