Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist to lead management of complex endocrine disorders in children. Located in Al Ain, this full-time position requires 8-10 years of experience in pediatric endocrinology, including expertise in diabetes care and hormone therapy planning.

The ideal candidate will possess a medical degree, a fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology, and board certification. This role offers the chance to work in a leading pediatric center with advanced diagnostic tools and a focus on academic development.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of post-specialization experience at consultant level.
• Eligibility for DOH Abu Dhabi licensure.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage pediatric endocrine disorders including diabetes and thyroid disease.
• Conduct inpatient consultations across NICU, PICU, and pediatric units.
• Manage outpatient clinics with long-term follow-up for chronic endocrine cases.
• Mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing teams.
