Allocation Assist in Dubai seeks an experienced Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist to join the pediatric subspecialty team at a leading tertiary-care hospital. The role involves diagnosing and managing a wide range of endocrine disorders in infants, children, and adolescents, with emphasis on clinical excellence and multidisciplinary collaboration.

You will lead outpatient clinics and inpatient consultations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to research, teaching, and program development.

Qualifications

• MD/MBBS from a recognized institution.
• Board Certification in Pediatrics with fellowship training in Pediatric Endocrinology (e.g., American Board, Royal College, Arab Board, or equivalent).
• Minimum 8–10 years of post-specialization experience, including consultant-level practice.
• Strong expertise in managing complex endocrine and metabolic disorders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• fluency in Arabic is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric endocrine disorders and provide expert care from infancy through adolescence.
• Inpatient consultations for NICU, PICU, and general pediatrics.
• Lead outpatient clinics for chronic endocrine conditions and long-term follow-up.
• Interpret endocrine laboratory tests, dynamic testing, and imaging results.
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinics (diabetes, obesity, genetics).
• Contribute to service development, clinical pathways, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior physicians, residents, and nursing staff.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows; participate in CME programs.
