Job summary

Allocation Assist in Sharjah seeks a Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist to provide specialized care for infants, children and adolescents with endocrine and metabolic disorders, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered treatment in line with international standards.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive pediatric endocrine care and improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board-certified pediatric endocrinologist with subspecialty training.
• Experience in managing pediatric diabetes and endocrine disorders.
• Valid MOH UAE license or eligibility letter required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage pediatric endocrine disorders including diabetes, growth and thyroid issues.
• Conduct endocrine evaluations and interpret hormonal/metabolic investigations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide long-term follow-up for pediatric patients.
• Lead inpatient and outpatient consultations and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and adherence to treatment.
• Maintain medical records per MOH UAE regulations and hospital policies.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement, research and CME activities.
