Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon to be based in Abu Dhabi, managed from Dubai. This role emphasizes advanced pediatric cardiac surgery, working collaboratively in a highly specialized environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of post-fellowship experience performing pediatric cardiac surgical procedures.
• Valid DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility to practice in the UAE.
• Tier 1 board certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex pediatric cardiac surgeries including valve surgeries and congenital heart defect repairs.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and manage post-operative follow-up care.
• Mentor and supervise junior surgeons, residents, and clinical staff.
