Job summary

PayFuture is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own capabilities powering payment flows across markets. You will work across payment rails, providers and corridors to make payments more reliable, predictable and scalable.

This is a hands-on product leadership role for someone who understands payments deeply and can translate complex mechanics into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes. In this role you will define performance targets, drive improvements in corridor reliability,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in payments/fintech.
• Strong understanding of payment mechanics: settlement, reconciliation, statuses, return codes, failures.

Responsibilities

• Define performance targets for payment corridors, monitoring and improving success rates, STP and TAT.
• Identify systemic failure patterns across providers and drive root-cause resolution.
• Build monitoring, reconciliation and issue-detection mechanisms to catch problems early.
• Own the product response to recurring payment failures and drive platform improvements.
• Translate market requirements into clear specifications for initiation, status handling, failures and settlement.
