Client Details

A leading organisation with a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, F&B, and leisure as well as a regional and international presence.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and execute agreements (NDAs, service agreements, leases); maintain contract records and coordinate notarization and registration with authorities.
  • Assist with trade license renewals, board materials, resolutions, powers of attorney, and ensure compliance with company formation regulations.
  • Review and translate legal documents in English and Arabic, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
  • Coordinate with government departments, free zone authorities, and external counsel for legal formalities and submissions.
  • Conduct research on laws and regulations, prepare summaries, and provide recommendations to support case preparation and management reports.
  • Maintain legal archives, track invoices and budgets, manage deadlines, and provide administrative assistance to the CLO and legal team.
Qualifications
  • 10-15 years as a paralegal or legal assistant in a corporate legal department, law firm, or in‑house team, preferably in real estate or corporate sectors.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Skilled in legal research, drafting, and document management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of liaising with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software tools.
