Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in legal support roles, including private practice and in‑house settings.
• Exposure to international corporate structures, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
• Experience managing governance and compliance documentation across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Support legal and compliance teams in managing contracts and regulatory filings.
• Maintain and update legal documentation and compliance records.
• Assist with internal and external legal queries.
