Education Requirements
- Basic medical degree recognised by DHA
- Completion of a recognised higher professional education programme
- Certification of higher professional education recognised by DHA: MRCS plus CCST in Paediatric Surgery, or FRCS (Paediatric Surgery), or American Board Certification in Paediatric Surgery, or FRCPSC, or FRACS or Equivalent recognised by the DHA Current certification in APLS
- Minimum of five years experience gained after achieving the higher qualification
- Three years experience as a Consultant in a Western hospital setting is preferred
