Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in print or packaging.
• Strong end-to-end design process knowledge from concept to production.
• In-depth knowledge of artwork file production and print requirements.
• Experience leading multiple high-complexity projects with detail and follow-through.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead artwork development/adaptation with marketing and design teams and external agencies; oversee design execution, timelines, print tests, and adaptation reviews.
• Lead and execute design intent and print quality control, with emphasis on print feasibility and color development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in design briefs, kick-offs, and reviews for packaging design.
• Manage regional adaptation, pre-press activities, and brand identity protection.
• Project management using system tracking software and budgeting responsibilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve packaging execution systems and processes for efficiency.
