Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years work experience in the field of Simulation & Digitalization.
• Hands-on experience for commissioning OTS in Refining, Petrochemical and Polymer process units.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the engineering activities of Operator Training System (OTS).
• Ensure successful completion of design and meet quality standards.
• Manage project schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Participate in OTS project validation and witness testing.

Skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Good leadership skills

Knowledge of working on DCS platforms

Education

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering

Master's degree (preferable)
