Job summary

Axians Emirates in Abu Dhabi leads OT cybersecurity across critical assets in the oil and gas sector. The OT Cybersecurity Lead will drive risk assessments, threat modelling, architecture design, and coordinate with vendors and client stakeholders to meet security requirements.

You will oversee cybersecurity activities through engineering, integration, testing, FAT/IFAT, and SAT/ISAT, and review findings to ensure remediation and verification, with emphasis on ICSS, electrical and OT systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with emphasis on OT/ICS.
• Proven OT risk assessments, threat modelling and controls reviews.
• Strong OT security architecture knowledge and experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience leading workshops and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443 standards and OT/ICS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity activities across the project lifecycle.
• Perform OT risk assessments, threat modelling, vulnerability assessments, and controls reviews.
• Define and review OT security architecture, zones, and firewall requirements.
• Coordinate with system vendors, OEMs, and client stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and discussions, address risks and remediation gaps.
• Provide oversight during implementation, testing, FAT/IFAT and SAT/ISAT.
• Review and validate vulnerability findings and deliverables.
