Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer – Substations & Utilities

Job summary

CPX is seeking seasoned engineers to lead OT cybersecurity deployments across utility environments and master control centers. The role combines hands-on deployment, configuration, and integration with rigorous documentation and safety compliance on site.

Candidates should have 7–12 years in OT/SCADA/utility projects, with substations experience and knowledge of OSHAD and PTW processes. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and OT security certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in cyber infrastructure / OT infra / electrical-telecom execution in utilities or substations.
• Experience delivering brownfield site implementation with cabling, panels and commissioning.
• Experience with data center infrastructure supporting cyber platforms is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of OT Cybersecurity solutions across utility environments and master control centers.
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, and integration of cybersecurity technologies.
• Design, commissioning, and documentation of OT infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with client, OEMs, and subcontractors to meet schedules and safety requirements.
• Prepare engineering documentation packs and evidence for acceptance.
