Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior finance professional to manage data entry integrity, GL accounting, and interfacing Oracle Financials with Maximo and HRMS. Responsibilities include month-end closing, cost reporting, and end-user training within the Finance Division.

The role requires 8–9 years in finance/accounting, English proficiency, and professional certifications such as ACA/ACCA/ACMA or CPA. Strong reporting and automation mindset essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance.
• 8–9 years experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in oil/gas.
• Proficient in English.
• ACA, ACCA, ACMA or CPA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze integrity and classification of accounting code combinations.
• Define code combinations per Finance Away Teams and RO’s.
• Create/update/activate/deactivate segment values and code combinations in Oracle Financials.
• Interface Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to Oracle Financials.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and budget reports.
• Develop and enhance reporting mechanisms; utilize Oracle Financials and Maximo.
• Prepare budget notifications and monthly/quarterly performance reports.
• Design Budget and 5 Year Plan templates for corporate planning.
• Deliver financial and management reports to shareholders and company management.
