How you will create an impact

You will be responsible for performing Policy Servicing activities supporting business distribution and internal support functions in line with departmental SOPs. Providing exceptional service to AIG UAE's customers, brokers, producers, and partners will be key.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualifications & Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.

Experience:

  • Experience in general insurance operations.

Training:

  • Completion of assigned trainings through Talent Connection within the designated time frame, ensuring all operations are within AIG's scope of business.
  • Completion of trainings assigned by the line manager.

Knowledge:

  • Strong PC skills and ability to use multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal, active listening).
  • Organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Follow-through skills and adaptability to meet client and department needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems and reporting tools, with hands-on experience in NAVINS & Salesforce systems.

Job Accountabilities

  • Perform Policy Servicing activities supporting business distribution and internal functions in line with SOPs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for NAVINS-related queries regarding new business, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Lead and participate in UAT for NAVINS enhancements and liaise with IT or vendors for system improvements.
  • Coordinate with Shared Services to ensure policy bookings comply with underwriting and regulatory standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, brokers, intermediaries, and internal teams.
  • Act as the operations point of contact for high-value accounts, delivering customized services.
  • Recommend automation or workflow improvements based on bottlenecks or team feedback.
  • Provide backup support to team members.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Achieve a target of 97% for operational tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ensure processing turnaround times and SLA adherence for policy transactions.

Communication and Working Relationships

  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet daily operational needs.
  • Engage with external clients, brokers, and policyholders for policy servicing and sales opportunities.
