Penspen is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in the United Arab Emirates for onshore oil and gas projects. You will lead electrical design activities and deliver SLDs, load lists, and cable schedules, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

The role requires FEED and detailed design experience, coordination with other disciplines, and participation in design reviews and vendor evaluations. GCC-region experience is highly valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering.
• 15–20 years of oil & gas experience, 5+ years in GCC region.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Experience with major onshore projects.
• Experience in Concept study, FEED, Design & Detail Engineering.

Mansioni

• Develop electrical design deliverables including SLDs, load lists, cable schedules, and equipment specifications.
• Review and specify electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, and MCCs.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure design integration.
• Participate in design reviews, vendor evaluations, and site support as needed.
• Ensure designs comply with IEC, NEC, IEEE, and project-specific standards.
• Experience in handling terminals, onshore fields, and maintenance hubs is preferred.
