Penspen Ltd. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for onshore oil and gas projects, with proven FEED and detailed design experience. The role leads electrical design activities, ensuring compliance with project specs, codes, and safety standards.

You will develop deliverables, review equipment, and coordinate with other disciplines for integrated design. Candidates should have 15–20 years in Oil & Gas, including 5+ years in GCC, and 5+ years in a similar senior role on major

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering.
15–20 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience, with at least 5 years in GCC.
At least 5 years in a similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
Experience with major onshore projects.
Experience in Concept study, FEED, Design & Detail Engineering.

Responsibilities

Develop electrical design deliverables including SLDs, load lists, cable schedules, and equipment specifications.
Review and specify electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, and MCCs.
Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure design integration.
Participate in design reviews, vendor evaluations, and site support as needed.
Ensure designs comply with IEC, NEC, IEEE, and project-specific standards.
Experience in handling terminals, onshore fields, and maintenance hubs is preferred.
