Job summary

Agile Connect is seeking a Senior Online Impersonation Detection Specialist to identify and mitigate digital impersonation threats impacting brand, executives, and customers. The role emphasizes investigative analysis, threat intelligence, and rapid incident coordination in a fully remote setup.

The candidate will monitor fraudulent profiles, fake listings, phishing campaigns, and deceptive accounts, coordinating with legal, communications, and cybersecurity teams to strengthen online trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, IT, Intelligence Analysis or related discipline.
• Significant experience in online threat detection, digital investigations, brand protection, fraud prevention, or cyber threat intelligence.
• Strong understanding of online impersonation techniques, social engineering, phishing, account spoofing, and fraudulent digital identities.

Responsibilities

• Lead detection and investigation of online impersonation across websites, social media, messaging, and digital communities.
• Monitor suspicious accounts, fraudulent profiles, and unauthorized use of organizational identities.
• Develop detection rules, monitoring criteria, and risk indicators for identifying fraudulent identities.
• Coordinate takedown requests and abuse reports with social media platforms, registrars, hosting providers, and related services.
• Maintain investigation records, timelines, escalation documents, and remediation status reports.
