Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Specialist Cost Estimation Engineer (PMC) in Abu Dhabi to prepare, review, and manage project cost estimates across FEED, Detailed Engineering, and EPC stages for onshore projects with EPF/Upstream focus. The role requires extensive experience in cost estimation and PMC environments, aligned with ADNOC standards.

The successful candidate will coordinate with multi-discipline teams, perform cost risk analyses, and contribute to bid evaluations and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• Professional certification such as AACE CCP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates for Oil & Gas projects.
• Develop conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering cost estimates.
• Prepare CBS, quantity take-offs, and pricing for E&P activities.
• Evaluate contractor estimates, vendor quotations, and bid proposals.
• Support project budgeting, cost planning and investment evaluations.
• Monitor estimate accuracy and recommend improvements.
