Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Senior Weight Control Engineer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will manage weight control throughout the engineering lifecycle and maintain weight budgets, estimates, and reports.

The role centers on weight estimation, reporting, and CoG control for offshore projects, acting as the focal point for weight-related decisions and coordinating corrective actions with engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Structural, or Mechanical.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for weight estimation and weight control.
• Prepare and maintain weight control reports and weight registers.
• Monitor weight growth and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support weight budgets, CoG tracking, and module envelope control.
• Review vendor and discipline inputs affecting weight.
• Support layout, structural, lifting, and installation decisions.
