Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Project Quality Management System for the Offshore Water Injection Project. The role includes QA/QC leadership, supplier quality oversight, audits, and continuous improvement across Engineering and Procurement.

Based in Abu Dhabi with later mobilization to fabrication yard and offshore site, the role requires strong leadership, extensive EPC/oil & gas QA experience, and coordination with multi-discipline teams and international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001) required.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Additional certifications in Quality Management or Supplier Quality are advantageous.
• 20–25 years of Quality Management experience in Oil & Gas.
• Minimum 8 years in a Quality Management leadership role.
• Extensive experience supporting Engineering and Procurement phases of EPC projects.
• ADNOC Offshore project experience highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing supplier quality programs and international vendor networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Management leadership across PQMP, QA, and QC activities.
• Establish QC processes for engineering deliverables and review procedures.
• Develop and implement Supplier Quality Surveillance Plans.
• Qualify and assess suppliers, conduct supplier audits and CAPA.
• Develop inspection strategies for major equipment and materials; witness FATs.
• Develop and execute project audit programs; support client and third-party audits.
• Manage NCR, concessions, and deviation approval processes; root-cause analysis.
• Oversee documentation control, MRBs, and turnover dossiers.
• Coordinate quality activities across engineering, procurement, and vendors.
