Job summary

Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) Abu Dhabi is seeking a Quality Manager for an offshore project to lead the QA/QC program, ensuring compliance with client specs, standards, and regulatory requirements.

The role encompasses engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and offshore operations, requiring extensive QA/QC experience in oil & gas, leadership, and knowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1/Q2, ASME standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field.
• 18+ years of QA/QC in Oil & Gas or EPC.
• Minimum 5 years in quality leadership.
• Knowledge of offshore QA/QC standards and classifications.
• Experience with welding, coating, NDT, and related activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Lead QA/QC activities across offshore project stages (engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning).
• Review ITPs, Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and client quality requirements compliance.
• Manage non-conformance, CAPA, and audit findings.
