Job summary

Penspen is urgently looking to hire a Construction Engineer (Mechanical) for an offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi. Candidate will support onshore fabrication, module assembly, pre-commissioning and overall construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of experience, including offshore exposure and PMC/EPC background. ADNOC Offshore experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years offshore experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports onshore fabrication, module Assembly, pre-commissioning, and construction activities for offshore oil & gas facilities.
• Reviews construction execution plans, work packs, method statements, and procedures.
• Coordinates mechanical construction during fabrication, assembly, testing, and pre-commissioning phases.
