Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Black Grey HR is recruiting for a well-reputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is seeking a Warehouse Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and distribution.
2. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
3. Maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
4. Support inventory practices such as FIFO and FEFO.
5. Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishments.
6. Help manage cold storage facilities and ensure proper temperature control.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the warehouse.
8. Support staff training on hygiene and safety protocols.
9. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
10. Assist in generating reports on stock movements and discrepancies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse and logistics experience, preferably within the food industry.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, ISO.
• Excellent command of English.
