A leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Leasing Administrator to oversee and manage the leasing documentation and compliance for its retail portfolio. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in retail, with a focus on lease administration, and be proficient in Yardi Elevate. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for liaising with tenants and internal teams.
To oversee and administer the day-to-day leasing documentation and compliance activities within Aldar Retail Management’s retail and mall portfolio. The role ensures that all lease agreements, tenant data, and related documentation are accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal policies and procedures. The position acts as a key liaison between tenants, legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure smooth leasing operations and adherence to critical timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in lease administration as a senior.
Experience in reviewing and managing retail lease documents and data within large-scale retail or mixed-use developments.
